Terms of service

Terms

The agreement between you and Dockito when you use the web app, the CLI, the plugins or the MCP server.

Last updated 1 October 2026

In short
  • Your docs are yours. We host them so you can share and review them.
  • You decide who can open each project, folder, list and doc.
  • Agents you connect act as you, with your access.
  • You can export everything with git clone and leave at any time.

Your account

You can sign in with any email address, or with GitHub, Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by tools and agents you connect.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you publish. You give us permission to store, render, version and show it to the people you share it with, and nothing more.

Don’t publish anything you don’t have the right to share.

Agents and tokens

Tools connected through the CLI, plugins or MCP use a token tied to you. They can only do what you can do. Revoke a token at any time from Connect tools.

Guests

People you invite as guests can open only what you share with them, comment and approve. You’re responsible for who you invite.

Plans and billing

The personal plan is free. Team and enterprise plans are billed per member each month; guests are free.

Ending

You can delete your account or a project at any time. Export first: deleted projects are removed after 30 days.
